About The Fountain of Hope Limited
Established in 2025, The Fountain of Hope Limited is a non-profit dedicated to empowering children and teens from low-income families in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Founded by two passionate individuals, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to discover their dreams and purpose. We collaborate closely with educators to provide transformative workshops and programs that foster confidence, resilience, and life skills. Our initiatives focus on building strong family relationships and equipping youth to navigate challenges in the digital era. While we await S88 tax-exempt status, we welcome private sector works with us to support our mission of creating brighter futures for Hong Kong’s youth.
Our Mission
We organize workshops, talks, events, and outings to inspire and empower youth from low-income families. Our goals are to:
- Encourage young people to dream big and pursue diverse opportunities.
- Build confidence and skills to thrive in a digital world.
- Support emotional resilience in navigating modern challenges.
- Promote strong family bonds for a supportive environment. Through these initiatives, we aim to transform lives, strengthen families, and enhance Hong Kong’s competitiveness.

Our Founders
Clara Leung
Founder
Clara, a founder, is a passionate lawyer who works in the Finance industry and has spent the last 12 years teaching part time to over 800 postgraduate students in Hong Kong. She believes every child has a potential to succeed, if given the right guidance and having the right habits.
Iris Chan
Founder
Iris, our founder, has dedicated over 13 years to supporting education, passionately empowering children and teens from low-income families to chase their dreams and build brighter futures.
